White Lake Water Inlets
Although the literature indicates that there are a total of 11 water inlets into White Lake, only a smaller number can be easily located. Topographical maps issued by Geomatics Canada show a number of these streams, and for some of these there is no name assigned to them. Most of the water inlets into White Lake are active only during the spring runoff and heavy rainstorms. For most of the year, these streams are either dry or a minimally charged with running water.
Below is a map showing the location and names of the known streams entering the lake. We would appreciate additional information that you may have on additional stream names and locations. Unknown names are listed on the map as unnamed.
